HTML signatures
Paste the signature your brand already uses. It renders in the composer exactly as the recipient will see it — tables, logo and all.
Attachments
Send files, and open the ones you receive. Attachments appear at the top of the message, above the signature, where you can find them.
Contacts
PrimeMail learns addresses from the mail you send and receive, so the next message to someone is one keystroke.
Control over what happens next
The inbox is a queue, not an archive. PrimeMail is built to empty it.
Archive and trash
Dealt with means gone from the inbox. A reply reopens the conversation automatically, so nothing is lost by filing it.
Snooze
Send a conversation away until tomorrow morning, the weekend, or a date you pick. It comes back at the top.
Undo
Archived the wrong thing? Press Z. PrimeMail puts it back exactly where it was, including which folder it came from.

What PrimeMail does not do

No Google or Microsoft sign-in
PrimeMail connects over IMAP and SMTP. Gmail and Microsoft 365 work with an app password where your administrator permits IMAP access, but there is no OAuth sign-in flow.
Mail arrives on a schedule
Your server checks for new mail on a cron, so messages appear within about a minute rather than instantly. PrimeMail does not hold an always-open connection to your mail host.
Open tracking is a signal, not proof
Tracking works by loading a small image. Privacy features and mail scanners can trigger it without anybody reading, and blocked images mean a genuine read goes unrecorded.
