Everything a shared mailbox needs
Grouped by the job it does, rather than a list of every switch. All of it is included in every licence.
A shared inbox that works like one
Everyone sees the same conversations, in the same order, with the same history. No forwarding, no "did you reply to this?".
Multiple mailboxes
Connect as many addresses as you run — support, invoices, hello — and read them in one place or one at a time.
Assignment
Hand a conversation to a colleague. It appears under their Assigned to me, and everyone else can see who has it.
Internal notes
Talk about a message inside the message, where the context is. Notes sit in the timeline and never reach the customer.
Tags
Label conversations by client, topic or urgency, and open a tag from the sidebar to see everything under it.
Writing that stays professional
Replies keep their thread, signatures arrive intact, and drafts survive a closed tab.
Templates
Save the answers you send constantly and drop them in with two clicks, then edit before sending.
HTML signatures
Paste the signature your brand already uses. It renders in the composer exactly as the recipient will see it — tables, logo and all.
Attachments
Send files, and open the ones you receive. Attachments appear at the top of the message, above the signature, where you can find them.
Contacts
PrimeMail learns addresses from the mail you send and receive, so the next message to someone is one keystroke.
Control over what happens next
The inbox is a queue, not an archive. PrimeMail is built to empty it.
Archive and trash
Dealt with means gone from the inbox. A reply reopens the conversation automatically, so nothing is lost by filing it.
Snooze
Send a conversation away until tomorrow morning, the weekend, or a date you pick. It comes back at the top.
Undo
Archived the wrong thing? Press Z. PrimeMail puts it back exactly where it was, including which folder it came from.
Search that reads the mail
Search inside message bodies across every mailbox, with from:, has:attachment, is:unread and more.
Wherever you actually work
PrimeMail installs to a phone home screen and tells you when mail arrives, without an app store.
Installable app
Add PrimeMail to an iPhone or Android home screen and it opens full screen, like any other mail app.
Push notifications
Get told when new mail arrives or a conversation is assigned to you, even with PrimeMail closed.
Open tracking
See when a message you sent was opened, and how often — with an honest note about what a tracking pixel can and cannot prove.
Runs on your WordPress
Your mail lives in your database, on your server, under your own domain. Nothing is sent to anybody else.
What PrimeMail does not do
Worth knowing before you buy, rather than after.
No Google or Microsoft sign-in
PrimeMail connects over IMAP and SMTP. Gmail and Microsoft 365 work with an app password where your administrator permits IMAP access, but there is no OAuth sign-in flow.
Mail arrives on a schedule
Your server checks for new mail on a cron, so messages appear within about a minute rather than instantly. PrimeMail does not hold an always-open connection to your mail host.
Open tracking is a signal, not proof
Tracking works by loading a small image. Privacy features and mail scanners can trigger it without anybody reading, and blocked images mean a genuine read goes unrecorded.
Turn your WordPress site into a professional email workspace.
One install, one licence, and the mailboxes you already have — working the way a team needs them to.
